Yes, we are proud to support Australian businesses in our product design and print process.

We would love to hear your feedback about conscious cards.  Please share your thoughts about your favourite artwork via our Facebook group, Ocean Inspired @oceaninspiredtribe.  We do not have print orders as a product option currently, however it’s a great idea, and one we may consider in the future!

Please get in touch with us via support@oceaninspired.com.au as soon as possible, to advise how you would like to change your order, include the Order Number, the details of your order, and what you would like to change.  We will be in touch as soon as possible to discuss.  Please understand that if an order has already been packed, we will be unable to change the order as it may well be on the way to the address provided at checkout.

If your goods are damaged or faulty once they arrive, then we can arrange a refund or exchange. 

If you simply change your mind within 7 days of receiving your goods, we can arrange a refund or exchange for you.  However, in this instance, you will incur the cost of return delivery. 

Please review the returns and refund policy on our website and contact us via support@oceaninspired.com.au to explain the reason for your request, and provide photos of the damage or fault if possible. 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Google Pay.  All payments are processed in Australian Dollars via the Shopify payment gateway.

Yes you can do this.  Make sure you fill out the recipient’s details in the ‘shipping address’ option at checkout.

Within Australia, we anticipate that your delivery will be within 5-7 days, however this can vary depending on the postal service, or courier selected at checkout.

When at the checkout you can tick a box to receive tracked order notifications via your mobile phone.

We can ship overseas, and international shipping rates apply at checkout. However, we can not provide timeframe for delivery.
